This is fully online so you can join from anywhere in the world!
It is only £129 - there is no other programme that gives you as much education and support as this one for less than a cup of coffee a day!
The Reset Method Seminar is on Sunday 4th January - this gives you all the basic starting info. There will also be a coaching call (for clients only) on Monday 5th January (this is recorded for you to watch back at a more convenient time if you can't make the live)
No. Reset in 6 is predominantly food focused. You have the option to do as much or as little exercise as you like, but it isn't the main focus, and as we all know you can't out exercise a bad diet.
This is entirely up to you. You have the option to do it via my app I give you access to, or via MyFitnessPal / Nutricheck / similar apps (whatever you prefer) if you like. People who do track find they receive the most feedback. If you would rather not track then we can have a chat and find alternative ways that feel better suited to you.
YES! I will make sure you are well prepared and know exactly what to do - without taking away the fun!
If you are the most active in the group and make good progress (not necessarily the most) you get to take part in another RESET in 6 for FREE!
It's entirely up to you. So many people do multiple rounds because they enjoy the community aspect as well as the daily accountability so they sign up to the next one. Some sign up to the continuation programme, CALM consistency which is only £79 per month. Some feel completely set up so they carry on alone, with an open door if they ever wish to return.
I don't believe in quick fixes, low calories, and all the cardio type challenges. I make sure you have an understanding of what YOUR body needs over these 6 weeks, that you could easily sustain and continue losing weight for good.
